ORTUS features state of the art equipment for all your event needs, whether meeting in person, streaming online or a hybrid of the two. All AV present on site is included in the price of room hire. Any extra AV can be hired at an additional cost.
All rooms come equipped with:
- Handheld & lapel microphones
- Ceiling mounted projector and screen (or TV)
- Laptops
- High-speed Wi-Fi for all attendees
Additionally, Connect has
- Ceiling-mounted microphones.
- Microsoft Teams compatibility with tracking camera.
Every booking also includes:
- Flip charts and/or marker pens for rooms with whiteboards
- A lectern
- Pens & paper
- Mineral water
- All setup, set down & cleaning
